I hope you can be of help. I dreamt a friend telling about Lapis Lazuli – the rest of the conversation I cannot recall, but the name of this gemstone. What is very, very strange about this dream, is that this person is not comfortable, for the lack of a better word, to use crystals, due to her spiritual beliefs.

Would you share some light with me.

    Thanking you in positive anticipation.

    Regards

If you think it is important that your friend owns or wears a piece of lapis lazuli, but you know your friend is not comfortable with using crystals, you could simply gift a piece of lapis lazuli jewelry or perhaps a small statue of sorts. This way you can make sure they use lapis lazuli, without straining the relation with your friend.

The only meaning we could find is that it was believed that dreaming of lapis lazuli would foretell of love that would be forever faithful. If you need more detail than that it is probably best to find someone that is more qualified to explain dreams, as we have little experience with it.

It is also known as one of the twelve apocalyptic stones mentioned in Revelations of the Bible. That is pretty significant to me.
